The Bayswater Mark 2 design, was designed as a-spec home for our property investor. The aim was to cover all bases for the best possible price. It is a classic large house behind house layout.
Bayswater mark4
Designed to fit on a 12.8 m wide block, the client's insisted on the highest of quality finish. Custom designed from the beginning, the conception involved a spacious ensuite and walk-in robe arrangement while the kitchen breakfast bar was free of any appliances to be used as a second sit down area for guests.
Karrinyup
This concept design fits beautifully on a 15 by 20 m blocks. Offering over 178 square meters of roof area. Due to the efficiency of the design, we're able to achieve a fantastic price! Iluka V2
The Iluka version 2 is without doubt one of our more popular designs. It suits a lot of the developments that we see working on a 15 by 20 m block throughout the Bayswater Shire. The design offers 3 bedrooms plus a study with a generous kitchen meals and family area, and a huge alfresco. Offering over 180 square metres of roof area, it ticks all boxes as an efficiently designed and extremely well priced rental property or investment.
Woodlands
This design is quite deceptive on the floor plan. Offering 147 square metres of true internal living with the roof area over 212 square metres it gives the user plenty of space and more importantly a second living zones for a happy family and better resale. The master bedroom is in the optimal location allowing a complete view down the driveway to the main road giving a sense of space on the eye. The kitchen design has been pushed down to the bottom of the page to create an outlook to the outdoor living area.
